I was walking along the coast of Isabela Island, and I thought the way the waves hit the sand was beautiful. I took a vertical shot to try and get as much waves as possible in the frame, while also capturing the rocks and mountains. After traveling for 2.5 weeks in the Galapagos, during a Lead Adventures 3-Week True Galapagos Experience, I was happy to just be lazy and splash around in the ocean.
I was walking along the coast of Isabela Island near Puerto Villamil, when this seaweed caught my eye. It looked like fine paintbrush strokes. I like how the seaweed is green, but there is a strip of blue from the ocean in the top right of the picture.
Morning in Isabela Island, after visiting a tortoise breeding center, nearing the end of a Lead Adventures 3-Week True Galapagos Experience. This was probably my favorite beach in all the Galapagos Islands. My friend is sitting in that tent writing postcards to people back home, while I am wandering around the rocks.
It was the third week of the Lead Adventures 3-Week True Galapagos Experience, and while I had enjoyed it, I was getting tired of traveling. Therefore, I was happy to have free time after a tour of Los Tuneles, during which I walked along the coast and splashed in the ocean. I had time to gather my thoughts and reflect on everything, and it felt dreamy to be in the Galapagos Islands.
